Animals in Clay

Drawing People: Basic Figure, Portrait

Bill Teitsworth presents a simplified approach to drawing the figure. Students will practice gesture drawing, construction and contour lines, simplified masses of the figure, weight and balance, simplified
light and shade and more.

This is a continuation to Renee’s introductory course. Basic painting skills including value, color, and composition will be introduced. Renee will demonstrate and work individually with students to build new skills.

Drawing & Painting for Special Needs

Students will learn the basics of painting in acrylic and watercolor, including color-mixing, under- and overpainting, control of shapes in color, and more. Bill will also teach the foundation of good studio habits, care of brushes and materials, and care of the studio environment (important for those who like to work at home).

Club Halloween: A Theatre and Arts Workshop

Watercolor for Children

This workshop with Cindy Reynolds, is designed for children ages 7-12, with or without painting experience. Students will take home their own watercolor pad, brush, drawing pencil, and kneaded eraser and will leave with a finished, framed watercolor!

Beginner Yoga for Special Needs Individuals

This class is a basic non-competitive and relaxed yoga class. It will include simple postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Stories, laughter and imagination will be central to this practice. Participants must be able to follow simple directions.
